My research, and almost every thought I have, are about Food Design. I aim at designing for meanings by manipulating people's interactions at the dining table. To me, the dining table is the place where "the magic happens", where emotions spark, and where memories are made.
I am a Design researcher and a Food Design consultant, I have a PhD in Design Theory for Eating Design, and I am the founder of the International Food Design Society.
